 1. Made-to-Order Process: We are a made-to-order company, which means your item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Please note that the shipping time estimate provided does NOT include the time required to create your custom order. Production times vary depending on the complexity and volume of orders. 

 2. Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on your destination and the shipping method you select at checkout. Once your order has been produced, shipping times can range from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the delivery location and how quickly you need your order. 

 3. Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress. 

 4. Important Notes: Please consider the total time (production + shipping) when placing your order, especially if you have a specific deadline.
